Who we are

A small Wembley team helping adults across Great Britain build steadier daily routines through structured online programmes — without hype, pressure, or unrealistic promises.

Our story

Founded on clarity, not quick fixes

Wildernesscleana began in 2021 when our founders noticed how many wellbeing apps promised transformation but offered little structure. We built cohort-based programmes that respect people's time, acknowledge real-life constraints, and focus on one behaviour at a time.

Today we coordinate remote challenges for individuals and organisations throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. Our office on Ealing Road in Wembley serves as the administrative base — most participant interaction happens through our secure online portal.

Service scope: We provide educational habit-building programmes. We are not a medical practice, regulated healthcare provider, or clinical service. Our content is intended for generally healthy adults aged 18 and over.
